Originally founded in 2017, FlexHealth sparks conversations on culture, engagement, and workplace well-being through dynamic speaking and writing, showing leaders why adapting is no longer optional.

Our consulting services guide leaders through assessments, workshops, and strategic planning that align people, culture, and strategy to manage change with resilience. And with tailored coaching programs, we equip leaders and teams to navigate uncertainty, reduce burnout, and unlock growth.

Grounded in research and focused on ROI, our work turns the challenges of change into opportunities – because resilient people and resilient organizations deliver stronger results.

About Our Founder:

Dr. Lisa Flexner, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, is the Founder and Principal of FlexHealth Consulting, where she helps organizations thrive in a world of constant change. Through speaking, consulting, and coaching, Lisa partners with leaders to build resilient cultures, engaged employees, and adaptive organizations – because resilient people and resilient organizations deliver stronger results.

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, education, and organizational strategy, Lisa brings both depth and breadth to her work. She earned degrees in psychology and organizational studies from Stanford University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington, and she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Lisa was the founding Director of Clinical Education at Oregon State University’s DPT program and has held faculty roles at Oregon State, the University of Washington, Tufts University and Pacific University, as well as clinical roles at Seattle Children’s Hospital and in private practice.

Through FlexHealth, Lisa’s work spans three business lines: speaking and writing on culture, engagement, and mental health in the workplace; consulting with organizations to transform culture through assessment, workshops, and strategy; and coaching leaders and teams to reduce burnout, strengthen resilience, and sustain high performance. She also provides strategic advising to startups and small-to-midsize organizations in healthcare and health tech.

Lisa believes that thriving means mastering change, not fearing it – and that organizations that prioritize culture and well-being are the ones best positioned to adapt, innovate, and succeed.
